On 26th and 27th September, the Belron®4Partners team once again held its seminar for franchisee countries, where partners and experts from all over the world meet to exchange knowledge and experiences.
During the two days of the seminar more than twenty experts from Belron®’s international team as well as from different partners such as Fuyao®, Bosch® or Dupont® gave sessions on different areas of interest. The conferences focused on two main areas, strategy and current and future market trends on the one hand, and more technical and specialised areas, both in terms of operations and legal aspects, human resources and health and safety at work, among others.
This seminar is the main meeting point for the different franchisee countries, and until now it has been held annually. However, from now on, it will be held biannually, with the next edition in 2025, as the event has grown in attendance and complexity, and the aim is to maintain a high level of quality of the sessions and speakers.
In fact, this year there were more than 100 participants from 18 different countries, and partners and sponsors have come from countries as far afield as Brazil, Chile, China and South Africa, as well as from a large number of European countries.
One of the most valued aspects of this seminar, and one that increases participation year after year, is the fact that, in addition to attending the sessions with experts in each area, attendees have the opportunity to exchange experiences and best practices among themselves in their respective countries.
In addition to the sessions and the exchange of experiences, attendees have the opportunity to spend good times together and strengthen relationships in the recreational events that are organised. This year, for example, there was a wine tasting of Croatian and Slovenian wines in the idyllic setting of the town of Rovinj on the Istrian coast.
