Carglass® Italy reaches an agreement to acquire Eurocar Point to expand its service offering for drivers

Carglass® has signed an agreement to acquire Eurocar Point, a franchise network of 250 vehicle bodyshops across Italy.

Carglass® Italy and Eurocar Point, both leaders in the vehicle repair sector, will join forces to offer their customers a broader range of services that add even more value.

To begin with both networks will continue to operate separately, keeping their respective brands but combining their expertise. The agreement is due to be completed in September 2017.
